About
An out-and-back path through the spectacular Nevis Gorge leads to the Steall Meadows and the 120m Steall Falls. Rocky in places with steep drops beside the path — sturdy footwear and care needed. The famous wire bridge across the river is optional and for the confident only.
Parking notes
The single-track Glen Nevis road and small car park at the road end are unsuitable for larger vans in peak season. Consider parking lower down the glen and cycling or walking the final stretch.
Responsible travel
Keep to the path to protect fragile meadows, take all litter with you, and do not block the turning area at the road end.
Please use designated parking, avoid blocking roads or passing places, respect local communities, and check current conditions before travelling.
