Assynt Leisure motorhome service point
Community-run campervan service point with chemical-toilet and grey-water disposal, fresh-water top-up and visitor services at the leisure centre.
Service access and payment arrangements can change; check Assynt Leisure visitor information before arrival.
Auchtertyre Farm Motorhome Service Point
Passing-vehicle service point for chemical-toilet disposal and filling motorhome water tanks without an overnight stay.
Waste-and-water-only use is charged; no advance booking is required and payment is made online.
Bayfield Car Park Motorhome Waste Point
Paid black-waste disposal point for motorhomes at Bayfield Car Park; the adjacent water supply is explicitly not drinking water and grey water must not be emptied here.
£3, card payment only. Day use only; overnight parking is not permitted.
Bridge of Orchy Chemical Waste Disposal
Forestry and Land Scotland chemical-toilet waste disposal point available as a stand-alone service for motorhomes and campervans.
FLS Stay the Night scheme runs year-round. Chemical-waste drop-off only is currently £5 via RingGo. Check the FLS page for current availability before travelling.
Camping Skye Non-Resident Service Area
Non-resident motorhome service area offering fresh-water refill, grey- and black-waste disposal and pay-to-use showers.
Services are charged separately and offered at the warden's discretion; they may be unavailable when the site is busy.
Gairloch Motorhome Waste Disposal
Public drive-over grey waste, black waste and freshwater facility.
Use only as signed; check current charges and access.
Glen Nevis Caravan & Camping Park – Motorhome Servicing
Campsite with motorhome servicing and shower facilities available. Suitable for a planned service stop rather than a public free facility.
The campsite is open year-round. Third-party local guide reports motorhome servicing £5 and showers £5 per person; confirm current availability and charges with reception before travelling.
Kilmallie Community Centre Motorhome Service Point
Community-run motorhome service point. Fresh water, grey-waste hatch, chemical toilet/black-water disposal, recycling and toilets when the centre is open. No overnight stays.
Suggested minimum £5 donation. Chemical disposal is locked and available only when someone is on site. Bring a long hose or water container; grey waste must be decanted into the hatch.
Mallaig Community Toilet, Shower & Motorhome Service Point
Community-operated facility with toilets, accessible toilet, paid shower, fresh-water supply and chemical-waste point for campervans and caravans.
Main building: 07:00–21:00 mid-April to mid-October; 09:00–18:00 in winter. Accessible toilet open 24/7. Contactless payment only. Community information lists 30p toilets, £2 shower and £5 water/chemical service; confirm current charges.
South Skye Motorhome Service Point at An Crùbh
Motorhome service point where non-staying vehicles can take on fresh water and dispose of grey and black waste.
Available without an overnight stay; contact staff for access and current charges before use.
The Storr Visitor Facilities
Visitor facilities at The Storr with a free motorhome waste-disposal point, public toilets and EV charging.
Waste disposal and toilets are described as free to use; check on-site notices and live charger status.
